About the Role
As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s dessert and pastry offerings — including elegant desserts for our set menus, fresh pastries for afternoon tea, baked goods for breakfast, and seasonal specialties. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and contribute to the overall culinary vision of Restaurant Bandak.
Restaurant Bandak is a gourmet establishment with high ambitions, where classic French cuisine is crafted using local products from Telemark and Norway. Guests can enjoy our signature afternoon tea in the salons, breakfast with à la carte options, and curated tasting menus for dinner in the historic dining room.
